About Search Engine Academy of Oregon

The Search Engine Academy of Oregon offers search engine optimization training courses designed for people who want to learn how to leverage the Internet to increase sales, brand awareness and leads. It also has a detailed certification program for current SEMs to ensure they possess the most current and accurate search engine marketing skillset.

The Search Engine Academy was formed by industry leaders Robin Nobles and John Alexander. The Search Engine Academy of Oregon is independently owned and operated by Search Engine Academy licensed associate Colleen Wright.

Colleen Wright, Associate/Trainer

Colleen Wright has been a marketing professional since 1989. She designed her first website in 1997 and has been optimizing websites since 2001. Colleen holds the Advanced Search Engine Marketing Strategies Certification from The Search Engine Academy. She is a member of the education committee for the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), a member and active volunteer for SEMpdx and attends SEO conferences on a regular basis to maintain her cutting edge knowledge of the topic.

Robin Nobles, Founder

Robin Nobles was the first online search engine marketing instructor on the Internet. Over the last 8 years Robin has taught several thousands of students the concepts of search engine marketing strategies both online and on location. Robin is a contributing editor to Danny Sullivan's Search Engine Land, a leading blog for search engine marketing.

John Alexander, Founder

John Alexander has taught onsite search engine marketing workshops to people from over 80 countries, and has worked as a professional in the search engine industry since 1996. He is a popular chat moderator for OnlineWebTraining and Search Engine Workshop students as well as with members of the World Resource Center.
